BTS: Honey Series

In my current painting series, I found inspiration in the profound beauty of nature, specifically through the symbolism of honey and flowers. This series celebrates the vibrant colors and delicate forms that nature offers, weaving a narrative that speaks to the interconnectedness of life. Honey, with its golden hue and rich sweetness, represents the rewards of hard work and the sustenance that comes from nurturing oneself. Flowers, in their ephemeral beauty, remind us of the transient moments in life that are worth cherishing.

At the heart of this series is a deeper exploration of self-preservation. Just as bees tirelessly gather nectar to create honey, we too must engage in our own processes of growth and sustenance. The poetic nature of honey—its ability to preserve without expiration—serves as a metaphor for the enduring beauty of our experiences and the sweetness we gather over time. Through these paintings, I aim to capture not only the physical beauty of nature but also its profound messages about resilience, nourishment, and the timeless essence of life itself.
